Walk in to a large open living space with spectacular views of the open waters on Lake Conroe. Bring your own boat (Walden provides 2 launch ramps) or rent a boat or jet ski nearby during your stay. Jump in the lake for a swim or enjoy the view from multiple decks. Grab a round of golf at the many beautiful golf courses nestled in the community. If fishing is your relaxation then grab your poles and head to the many fishing sites located nearby or throw a line in the water right off your private dock. Walden also provides tennis courts, a fitness center and high end restaurant dining at the Yacht club as well as at the Country Club for members and non-members alike. Take a walk around the beautiful neighborhood enjoying the sights and sounds of nature and stop off at the park to enjoy the swings and activities with the kids. Enjoy Margaritaville around the corner with its relaxing pool and bar, restaurants, golf course, etc. In town go antiquing at the local shops. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
Please understand that our property is located in a quiet community in Walden and that we are quite close to our neighbors. That being said, we adhere to a strict 10pm -8am quiet hours outside of the property. Loitering in front and around the property is strictly prohibited. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and discard your cigarette butts properly. This ensures that we keep your visit free of any interruptions. We appreciate you treating our home as your own.
This spacious home offers a very large living room with custom sectional sofas, oversized ottoman, chaise lounge, conversation sofa, large screen television and remote control ambiance fireplace all under the backdrop of a floor to ceiling view of the lake. In the dining room enjoy a scenic gathering for meals at the large table that can seat 8 - 10 people. For more casual dining, pull up a bar stool around the very large kitchen island to enjoy meals, appetizers or whatever you like! The kitchen also features a large refrigerator freezer, induction stove, double oven, microwave, double sink and dishwasher placed in and around custom cabinetry and beautiful quartz and granite counter tops. The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers (Keurig and Auto drip) and some coffee items to get you started as well as induction cookware, chefs knives, and all the items you would enjoy from home.
The downstairs master features a king sized bed, large screen tv, custom cabinetry, sitting area with high back chairs and a sofa that pulls out into a queen sleeper when needed and spacious ensuite bathroom with double sinks, more custom cabinetry, and tub/shower combo.
Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms. The second master features a king sized bed, television, dresser, and small balcony with chairs and another lovely view of the lake. The ensuite bathroom has a large closet, double sinks, and tub/shower combination.
Across the hall you will find the third bedroom containing a queen sized bed, television, spacious balcony with ample seating and lovely views of the lake. This ensuite bathroom also contains a long vanity with sink, storage, and tub/shower combo. All bathrooms contain towel sets and items to get you started.
Across from the laundry room which contains full sized washer and dryer along with storage space and some detergent to get you started you will find two small doors on either side of the stairs. Inside you will find a cozy little nook for kiddos or even teens with its own game television and lounge space! Bring your favorite gaming system and enjoy!
